[~ Interview ~]
-This is just one BORING entry -
I turn down another job again today and I am seriously thinking that I am getting wee too picky. I mean I am like desperately in need of a job but when the opportunity comes, I will just let it slip away. This second job that I turn down is because of the Evironment, a TOO youthful environment. This DW Biomagnetism comapany has just wee too many youngster working in there where the highest ranking boss is only 30!!!! They have managers, directors, assisting director etc ranging in ages 18 to 20+..OMG!!! I can't believe this, 19 years old and you tell me that you are a manager. This is way unbelievable!!! Seroiously, I am not looking down on them(honest), but just seeing the employees having nothing to do in different rooms of the office just made me have other thoughts about the company.

Yew Foong who is the guy who interviewed me, answered my question pertaining to why are there so many youngster or perhaps all youngster working there. He told me that his company is a young company which is growing and developing as the company is only 2-3 years old and so comparing to other established companies which have 10 over years of history, they are considered a new firm. He says that after 10 years, all these employees will grow old and become the normal scene that you will see in 'normal' firms.

A big NONO as I don't think that has answered my question as I think that a company has to have different levels, qualifications and productivity of employess to work in the comapany. Many youngsters working in a comapany may sort of provide a youthful and vibrant environment that may help push the company up to higher scales. I would rather prove it wrong as a company needs to combine different viable factors to help the company advance.

And and...the director(he's around 24 btw) who interviewed me has yellow teeth!! Yik!!! Ok thats not the point as I heard from Yew Foong that since after his 'N' levels, he has been juggling between 3 odd jobs a day to support his family(son & wife). Morning- distribute newpapers, Noon-send out dirty laundry and Night-Current job.I really really look up to him as how he can juggle so many odd jobs in order to support his family...

When I receive the call from Yew Foong asking me to come tomorrow, I simply just rejected..hai...To him, who has treated us well.. I am sorry and I wish your company all the best in its progress.

That day, I swallow down a fish bone which caused pain to my throat and from that day on I have prevented myself from eating rice with fish. While Ben tried to change my habit of eating rice and fish together, he tried making up a 'story' or perhaps it's factual. He says that paddi fields and ocean don't co-exist, as in that fishes in the sea and rice from the field don't come together. What Rubbish!!! Opps...LOL... So I was telling him, so since there are also other sea creatures beneath,so I can eat sotong and fish together or so I can eat prawns and fish together??? He was speechless...hahahah...I was just playing lar, actually I got his point just that the wilfullness in me tells me not to listen..oppsss..haha =p

I received a call from Wanrou, telling me to help her cover up her job for 3 days, I readily accepted the it since I have time anyway...but I kinda dread working, I don't know why. Maybe Liansoon could be right, I just don't want to work..haha But rest assured, the next job that comes knocking on my door, I will say "YES!" no doubts about it...

Till then people!!! I am off to sleep now as I have tuition early in the morning tomorrow...sob...

GET LOST FOR NOW.
