Mum shove this brochure right in my face the other day. It's a brochure that states: " Launch of Casa Merah Apartments" I go : " a...mummy you want me to buy meh?" She went: " I buy for you la..." Ya right! As if! Contemplating on what she's getting at, I soon come to realise that she's willing to pay for the 1% deposit and that leaves me with the 99% loan hanging. Hellloooo....you think I can afford meh?!
Faints.Mothers. Anyway, we went to view the showroom apartments the other day, I was kinda shocked that at 12am the whole place was crowded! No wonder the property market is at it's peak recently, private housing are so sellable! Many of the units have already been snapped up in a day (eventhough it will only be ready in 2013) - similar to the condo near my place that has recently been launched. You can also vividly see and tell how kaisu Singaporeans are nowsdays when they actually queue for a few days in order to get the unit they want! Btw what i am doing blogging when I am suppose to be studying?! argh!!! I totally lack of DISCIPLINE when it comes to studies. sucks.
