Super happy because Metro had 20% off storewide from 10pm to 12pm last Friday, in conjunction with the late night shopping on every last Friday of the month. Went with buddy to get our skincare and cosmetics, as we brush through the crowd and queues, we finally got ourselves what we need. Pretty good bargain I should say and it just makes me yearn for more! Buddy bought Clinique Clarifying Lotion, Clinique Gel Moisturizer, Clinique's Derma White Pressed Powder and Dior Intense Liquid Eyeliner while I got myself the items below:
While I was getting my clinique stuffs, gren witnessed something - an act of theft.This lady was applying on to the Clinique's lipgloss tester and the next moment after she capped back the cover, she readily puts it in her handbag! To our atonishment, they were actually well-dressed young ladies carrying branded handbags! We saw them again at the Anna Sui's counter, we wanted to "spy" on them as if they were to make another move, we will not hesitate to make a report. Not long after, the ladies kinda knew that we were looking at them and got more conscious of their actions. I will definately report to the security if I witness what the girl did, but too bad i didn't. I really cannot understand why would anyone want to steal a tester? Firstly, it's super unhygenice. Secondly, your guilty conscious will haunt you everytime you use it. Thridly, bad karma will befall upon you. Fourthly, it's a crime to do so. So why sell?
I am pronouncing an online shopping ban for myself as I have been shopping online too much. I guess it would be a much better choice if I pass my lappy to my mum for confiscation, or better still don't go online at all as I have been really lagging behind in my revision for the finals. Argh!!!
But shopping sprees like F21 ones are just too addictive...so how?!
